Relationship to the U.S. Department of Education

The Financial Aid Office at Southwest Tennessee Community College is in good standing with the Federal Department of Education and has on file a current Program Participation Agreement. The College has been in good standing for the past three years.

The most recent Program Participation Agreement is approved through September 30, 2005, and includes the following Scope of Coverage:

This Agreement applies to all locations of the Institution as stated in the most current Eligibility and Certification Approval Report issued by the Department. This Agreement covers the Institution’s eligibility to participate in each of the following listed Title IV, HEA programs, and incorporates by reference the regulations cited.
